My aim is to help you identify problematic yet unconscious patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating and understand their impact on your present-day problems. My goal is to expand your self-awareness and flexibility, giving you new ways for seeing and dealing with everyday challenges.
I offer psychoanalytic therapy and psychoanalysis, and I do not see a meaningful difference between these two. I recommend meeting as frequently as possible, minimum once per week, because the more time we have to talk, the more you will get out of the process.
