We will explore the impact of childhood and family experiences and unconscious patterns--that is, patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of which you are not aware. We will also focus on the significance of your present-day choices and realities. This combined approach allows us to compassionately acknowledge factors outside your control, and how they set you up for certain struggles, while also identifying the power you have in the present to make positive changes. The specific path we take will be based on your unique needs. My goal is to strengthen your self-awareness and use it to make real, significant improvements in your life.
